About Me

Hi, I'm Minmao Wang (王慜懋), a first-year Master's student in Data Science and Business Analytics at Fudan University. I received my Bachelor's degree in Information Management and Information Systems from Tianjin University, where I graduated first in my major with a GPA of 3.94/4.0. And I have been recognized with several academic honors, including the National Scholarship (top 0.2%), Outstanding Student Award (the University Highest Scholarship) at Tianjin University.

During my undergraduate studies, I was fortunate to be advised by Prof. Hongke Zhao and Prof. Likang Wu at Tianjin University. I also had the privilege of being mentored by Dr. Qingpeng Cai during my research internship at Kuaishou Technology, and by Dr. Jiamin Wu during my internship at Shanghai AI Lab.

My research focuses on applying advanced deep learning methods, including reinforcement learning and large language models, to address real-world problems such as recommender systems. I am particularly interested in how practical modeling ideas can be transformed into effective algorithms that improve user experience and system performance. Beyond recommender systems, I am also passionate about exploring intelligent agents and foundation models.

Looking ahead, I hope to keep working on problems that truly interest me and make a real difference. I genuinely aspire to create things that matter and contribute meaningful value to the world.
